In line with Ayurveda, we serve only vegetarian south Indian cuisine which cooked and served in completely hygienic conditions. Food imparts energy and life force, which is referred to in Ayurveda as Prana. The ayurvedic diet plan therefore includes mainly light and easily digestible delicious cuisine.
Pepped up with yoga practices, discourses on Vedas and Indian philosophy, cultural evenings, trips to serene hill stations etc., the total living experience here is really rejuvenating.
